1. Artificial Floral Products & Décor Items

Because our designs are custom-made or assembled to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged during transit.
  • The product received does not match the agreed design specifications.
  • There is a material defect in craftsmanship.

What to Do:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Conditions:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Service-Based Orders (Event Styling, Installations, Workshops)

Due to the planning and resource allocation required for services, the following applies:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service date: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the scheduled service date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date: No refund (credit may be offered toward a future booking).
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed service, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the circumstances.

3. Order Cancellations (Products)

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has started.

4. Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability:

  • We will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

Email support team with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Supporting photos (if applicable).

Our customer care team will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions for the next steps.
